Shipping
Order Fulfillment
Our physical products are made to order, and depending on order volume can take 2-5 business days to fulfill. Once fulfillment is complete, your order will be dropped off with a shipping carrier and will arrive in a number of days depending on the shipping rate selected at checkout.
Shipping and Tracking
Once you've placed an order, we'll send you a receipt to your email, and once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a tracking number the same way. Shipping carriers can take up to 24 hours to scan and process packages, so please be patient!
Address Errors
We strongly encourage you to double check the address entered at checkout and noted in the order confirmation email! If an error has been made, contact us immediately through our contact portal so we can remedy the issue right away.
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, it's out of our hands. Get in touch with the shipper to inquire about rerouting the package if it's still in transit.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen, and cannot offer any refund or discount. We're sorry! Contact your shipping carrier to file a claim and see if they can find your missing package.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be filed within 14 days of receiving your order. We only accept returns and exchanges if the order is unwashed, undamaged, clean and returned to their original packaging.
You will be responsible for covering the cost of return labels as well as shipping for the exchange. We do not refund shipping costs.
If you receive a product that's faulty or damaged upon delivery, please note this in your return request through our contact portal.
International Shipping
We're very sorry to our international investigators, but as of now Cryptid Scribbles only ships domestically in the US. We're working on arrangements to ship internationally in the future, so stay tuned and subscribe to our newsletter to get updates.
